이 논문은 "체계 통합"과 "윤리 거버넌스"의 관계에 대한 것이다.
"체계 간 관계가 복잡해질수록 체계 간 관계 조정 메커니즘도 다양해진다/ 복잡해진다."
윤리 거버넌스는 그런 조정 메커니즘 중 하나다.

체계간 관계 복잡성 증가, 조정 메커니즘의 복잡성 증가는 모두 기능적 분화의 정도 증가라는 표현으로 포함된다. 기능적 분화는 단지 기능체계들의 자율성/독립성 증가만을 이야기하는 것이 아니기 때문이다. 기능 체계의 자율성, 독특한 기능 수행 능력의 증가는 곧 상호의존성 ('성과'를 주고 받는 관계)의 증가와 기능과 성과의 관계를 조정하는 성찰 역량의 증가 모두를 다 포함하기 때문이다. 체계통합은 특히 '기능', '성과' 간의 관계를 가리키는 표현이고 윤리거버넌스도 포함되는 체계통합 조정 메커니즘은 '성찰'의 차원에 대한 것이다.
성찰메커니즘은 체계 자체에 대한 것도 있고, 여러 체계에 연관된 것도 있다. 이들 메커니즘의 토대를 이루는 원칙들 간의 사이가 멀수록 성찰메커니즘 간의 관계는 불안정하다.


The present study is about the relationship betwen ethical governance and system integration.

The increasing complexity and interrelatedness of systems --> increasing varieties of governance structure

A systems approach is characterized hierarchically by the degree of complexity.

(1) the funciton of ethical goverancne is - seen from the perspective of funciton systems - to enable the system integration.
(2) The way ethical goverance is developed depends on the mode of system integration.
(3) The way system integration contribute for system integration depends on the ways the principles of ethical governance and system integration harmonize.
